This Sauerkraut is our combination of ginger, turmeric and black pepper. Fermentation can help to pre-digest the ingredients, aiding bioavailability of curcumin in Turmeric. Combined with the impact of piperine from the black pepper this is one of our favourite anti-inflammatory Krauts.
Try mixing it through your favourite salad or on top of toast and avocado, drizzled with olive oil.
